I understand that I am registering for the Lower Limb Dermatology Symposium, being held in Melbourne on the 18th of May 2025.

I understand that it is my responsibility to notify organisers of any dietary requirements no later than 7 days prior to the live event (10th May is dietary requirement cut-off date).
I understand that should I provide dietary information after this time that my dietary requirements may not be catered to and alternative dietary options may not be available.

I understand that I will be charged AU$600* (inc GST) for this event and cancellation fees apply should I wish to cancel my registration for this event (cancellation policy below and available here).

*$600 is full registration fee. 
Early Bird $520, Student $300

I understand that there are practical components of this workshop and I participate in these activities at my own risk. 

By agreeing to these terms I waive any and all liability to the event hosts (Pod.Sessions and its directors), all presenters participating in the event, the venue location, sponsors and any/all other related parties to the workshop. 

I understand and agree to the following cancellation policy;

If you are unable to attend a purchased live event, please contact us via [email protected] to discuss the below options. 

Should you cancel attending the live event you will be eligible for a refund after a deduction of the following charges.

Cancellation prior to below cut off dates.

i) Cancellation 4+ weeks prior to live event = 5% of workshop fee.

ii) 4-2 weeks prior to live event - 10% of workshop fee.

iii) Less than 2 weeks prior to live event - 25% of registration fee (up to 72hrs prior).

iv) Less than 72 hours - 50% of registration fee.

v) No show - 100% of registration fee.

Transfer of your workshop registration may be possible to other events, however, there may be additional charges associated with this. 
These will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
